Pushup : Pushing up the web
This is a great idea depending on your target market. It will hand hold many through the process, but will not help those that may be restricted from upgrading without IT permission. I suppose it would pester those that would then pester IT.

Buttons Padding Demo
Good button styling is hard to come by. The element has one of the largest browser variance. I've nearly went and made this chart myself several times. I'm glad to run across it.
