redHOT* party 2012: a look back

By on Oct 10, 2012 in Loud Dog Culture

As you may now know, La Casa de las Madres, a non-profit organization dedicated to women’s rights against domestic violence, is one of our favorite non-profits in San Francisco. We had such a great experience working with La Casa on their event identity in 2009 for redHOT* party that we’ve continued to support their marketing efforts for the event each year. This year, I had the pleasure of working on the event committee with a fantastic bunch of dedicated individuals and together we were able to provide some new highlights for 2012 including a new venue, new auctioneer, and casino tables.

The casino tables allowed guests to cash in their raffle tickets for chips and a chance to “raise the stakes” for the cause by playing Blackjack or Roulette. If you happened to win big at the tables, you could cash your chips back in for raffle tickets, increasing your chances of winning the raffle prizes at the end of the night. We have photographic evidence in this post of our buddies enjoying the tables. (That’s my husband-to-be pictured in the turquoise suit. Doesn’t he look like he belongs at a Blackjack table?)

Overall, guests seemed to be sipping, snacking, smiling, shopping, playing, and simply enjoying the night. Thanks so much to all of you who came out and joined the party. It was so much fun and so great to see you!

Here are a few shots from the event on Thursday, October 4, 2012. All photography shot by our very own Brian Kwa.
